Our company has obtained six new practical technical patents on (DC) electric arc furnace, submerged arc furnace and refining furnace, and the patent certificate is issued by the State Patent Office. The company’s product capacity design and manufacturing capacity has reached from 50KVA to 12500KVA.

Our company independently designs and manufactures (DC) electric arc furnace, ore furnace, plasma furnace, refining furnace and high power DC power supply, solid waste, dangerous waste non-toxic treatment equipment. The technology of enriching precious metals from raw ore, catalyst and industrial solid waste is mature, the recovery rate is high. The melting recovery rate of metal silicon cutting mud and metal silicon slag is more than 70%.

In March 2019, Dr. Cheng Xing of Suzhou Institute of Design and Research for Non-metallic Mining Industry, a subsidiary of China Timber Group, led a team to our company to exchange technology and make graphite purification test on the site of users. The graphite particles were heated. After the experiment, it was found that the graphite particles were all sublimated.

According to the data, graphite sublimated at 3850°C under normal pressure, this phenomenon shows that the temperature of electric furnace designed and produced by our company has exceeded 3850°C.

On June 4, 2019, Dr. Li Teng, institute of mechanics, Chinese academy of sciences, led the researcher to our company for technical exchange, and used advanced high temperature special measuring instrument to test the furnace temperature of our company's direct current arc furnace in the user production site. The following figure shows that the furnace temperature is as high as 3932℃. Dr. Li Teng is very satisfied with our company's DC electric furnace and signed a technical service cooperation agreement with our company on behalf of the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The circuit adopts advanced high-speed railway rectifier working system and has the advanced technology of photoelectric isolation. No interference to the grid. Wide range of application, arc core temperature up to 10,000 degrees Celsius. The outer flame temperature of arc is 4000°C.

The varieties that can be smelted are: iron, copper, nickel, cobalt, lead, zinc, tin, antimony, bismuth, gold, silver, chromium, molybdenum, magnesium, manganese, tantalum, niobium, platinum, rhodium, palladium, vanadium, titanium, iridium and other metals.

Smelting raw material varieties: alloy, ore, slag, solid waste, hazardous waste, mineral wool and a variety of conductive or non-conductive products.
